Noureen is an experienced HR and People & Culture professional with more than a decade of experience across human resources management, people and culture, employee relations, talent management, performance management, learning and development, organizational development and HR operations.
Her approach is rooted in diagnosing organizational problems at their source. As Founder and CEO, she leads the diagnostic and advisory approach and works directly with founders, CEOs, leadership teams and employees to translate organizational realities into practical systems and sustainable capability.
