Cookie Policy
This page explains, in plain language, what this website stores on your device and which outside services it uses. We keep it deliberately short because we use very little.

1What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, do the same kind of job. They are used to make a site work, remember a choice you made, or measure how a site is used.
2The short version
- This website does not use advertising or marketing cookies, and does not build profiles of visitors.
- It does not currently run analytics or tracking tools.
- It remembers one convenience setting on your device (your price region on the Toolkits page), and only if you choose one.
3What the site uses
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Price region Browser local storage, key “hr3_region” | Remembers whether you chose to see Pakistan (PKR) or international (USD) toolkit prices. Set only when you press one of the region buttons. | Stays in your browser until you clear it. |
| Offline copy for the HR³ app Service worker and browser cache | If you install the HR³ app to your home screen, a few pages and files are kept on your device so the app opens quickly and shows an offline page when there is no connection. | Until you remove the app or clear site data. |
| WordPress sign-in cookies | Used only by HR³ staff who sign in to manage the website. They are not set for ordinary visitors. | Session, or up to 14 days if “remember me” is used. |
Forms on this site (enquiry, booking, HR³ CHECK, Talent Pool, toolkit orders) use short-lived security tokens inside the page to prevent misuse. They are not stored as cookies. For the same reason we also limit how often one internet address can submit a form, which means your IP address is used briefly for that check.
4Outside services
Some parts of the site load content from other companies. When that happens, your browser connects to them directly and they may receive your IP address and browser details, and may set their own cookies under their own policies.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the site.
- Calendar tools. The booking calendar on the Contact page is part of this website. If we switch it to an outside calendar service such as Google Calendar, Calendly or Cal.com, that service may set cookies when the calendar loads.
- Social and messaging links (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and the message link) are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those services until you click one.
5Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and the site will still work. If you clear them, the price region on the Toolkits page will go back to its default. To remove the offline copy for the HR³ app, uninstall the app or clear the site’s data in your browser.
6If this changes
If we add analytics or other tools that use cookies, we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before they run. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
