1Who we are

This website is run by HR³ — ONE STOP HR (“HR³”, “we”, “us”), an HR and organizational consulting business based in Karachi, Pakistan. You can reach us at info@onestophr3.com or on +92 331 3747705.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2Using this website

You may browse the site, read our material, take the HR³ CHECK, book a call or meeting, send an enquiry, order a toolkit and join the Talent Pool. You agree to:

• give accurate information in any form you submit;
• use the site lawfully and not try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, or copy it automatically in bulk;
• not send employee records, salary details, or other confidential personal data about other people through our forms.

3General information, not advice

The articles, frameworks, checklists and other material on this site are general information about HR and organizational practice. They are not legal, tax, medical or financial advice, and they do not replace advice on your own situation. Employment law and tax rules change; check current requirements with a qualified professional before acting on them.

4HR³ CHECK

HR³ CHECK is a self-assessment. It reflects the answers given and is meant to start a useful conversation about priorities. It is not an audit, a legal compliance review, or a validated psychometric or scientific instrument, and a score is not a guarantee about how your organization is, or will be, performing. The frameworks referred to on our Insights page belong to their original authors and are used here as practical lenses, not as certified tests.

Your result is intended for you and your organization. If you share it publicly, you are responsible for what you share.

5Bookings, enquiries and services

A booking made on this site reserves a time to talk. It is not an agreement to provide services. Work only begins when we have agreed the scope and fees with you in writing. We may need to move a booking; if so we will contact you to agree a new time. You can ask to change or cancel a booking by replying to its confirmation email or calling us.

Sending an enquiry does not create a consultant–client relationship, and we do not promise any particular outcome from a first conversation.

6HR³ Toolkits

Toolkits are digital products. When you order one you will receive payment instructions and a reference by email, and the toolkit is released to you once payment has been confirmed. A toolkit is licensed to you or your organization for its own internal use: you may adapt the templates for your business, but you may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the toolkit or any part of it.

The templates are starting points. They are not legal documents and should be reviewed against your own circumstances and local law. If there is a problem with an order, contact us and we will work with you to put it right.

7Talent Pool

If you join the Talent Pool, you agree that we may keep your details and CV and review them when a suitable opportunity comes up. Joining does not guarantee an interview, a placement or employment, and HR³ is not obliged to contact you. You can ask us to remove your profile at any time by emailing info@onestophr3.com.

8Ownership of content

The text, design, diagrams, toolkits and logo on this site belong to HR³ unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share short extracts with credit to HR³ and a link to the page. Anything beyond that, including copying material into your own training, products or website, needs our written permission.

Models and theories described on the site, such as Maslow, Herzberg, McGregor, Vroom, Adams and others, belong to their authors and are credited to them.

9Other websites

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, messaging apps and calendar tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

10Our responsibility

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, HR³ is not liable for loss that arises from using the site or relying on its general content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. How the site uses cookies and similar technology is explained in our Cookie Policy.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
