1. Who we are
This website (onestophr3.com) and the HR³ app are operated by HR³ — ONE STOP HR, a sole proprietorship owned by Noureen Jawed, based in Karachi, Pakistan. For any privacy question, contact us at info@onestophr3.com or +92 331 3747705.
2. What information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, designation, team size, the HR³ service you are interested in, and your message.
- HR³ CHECK assessment: your name, organization, email, your answers to the assessment questions, and the resulting scores and recommendations.
- Talent Pool: your name, email, phone number, city, current role, experience, career preferences, and the CV you upload.
- Website and app usage: we use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (for example, pages visited, device type and approximate location). This does not identify you by name.
- The HR³ app shows the same content as our website. It does not access your location, camera, contacts or photos. It saves pages you have visited on your device so they can open without an internet connection.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss how HR³ can help.
- To send your HR³ CHECK report and a follow-up email about your results. You can reply “stop” at any time and we will not follow up again.
- To consider you for relevant job opportunities if you join the Talent Pool.
- To improve our website, app and services.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. When we share your information
- Talent Pool: we share your CV with a potential employer only after discussing a specific opportunity with you and receiving your agreement.
- Service providers: we use trusted providers to run our website and email (web hosting, email delivery and Google Analytics). They process information only to provide their service to us.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law.
5. How we protect your information
CVs are stored in a private, protected location on our server and are not publicly accessible. Access to enquiries, assessment results and CVs is limited to HR³.
6. How long we keep your information
- Talent Pool profiles and CVs: kept until you ask us to delete them.
- Enquiries and HR³ CHECK results: kept for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you follow-up emails. Email info@onestophr3.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies so the website works, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
